Your enquiries
The form collects your first name, your last name if supplied, your email address, your phone number if supplied and the contents of your enquiry. A first name and a valid email address are needed so we can respond.
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide information about our properties or services and follow up the exchanges you initiate. Submitting an enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter.
Processing and security
Enquiries are stored on our server and sent to our professional OVHcloud mailbox. A technical identifier derived from the connection address helps limit abusive submissions. Administration requires a protected login; its session cookie lasts up to eight hours. The site has no advertising or analytics tracking installed by Ibiza Collection.
Service providers
OVHcloud provides hosting and email. Backups of the site and its database are stored in a private GitHub repository with restricted access. Links to our social profiles open third-party services with their own privacy policies.
Retention
Enquiries and correspondence are kept to process them and follow up the relationship you initiate. Backups may contain copies of enquiries. To learn the retention applicable to your enquiry or request deletion, contact us using the address above.
Your rights
You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information and, where applicable, restriction, portability or objection. You can also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including the AEPD in Spain.
