Inside, you’ll find traditional timber beams and natural stonework beautifully balanced with smooth concrete floors and custom-made furnishings. Some rooms reflect the cosy proportions of the finca’s heritage, yet this only enhances the home’s warmth and authenticity.

Outside, a curved, D-shaped pool (10m x 4m) is surrounded by cushioned loungers and parasols, framed by views of pine forests that stretch toward the coastline. A separate, air-conditioned cabana provides complete privacy, featuring a sixth bedroom plus an outdoor bathroom with a shower and a sculpted granite bathtub.

A shaded outdoor lounge offers an inviting refuge during the height of summer—a tranquil place for reading, napping, or simply enjoying the garden and pool views through palms and flowering oleander.

Bedrooms 3 & 4: Both rooms have independent entrances from the main terrace. Each is a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom.
